It is a crime how little I have visited–maybe 5 times in 8 years. I love having a museum in town, but it is disappointing how little it offers the town. The exhibits are generally pretty small, the museum is generally desolate, and the cafe is not open on weekends. All this discourages families, the town's major demographic. I think people would love to get engaged with the right programming. What about family friendly tours on weekends? I know it's a college museum, but it could do a lot more to reach out to the community. I was just happy to see the community showing up!
